Fruit Ice Cream
The most delicious homemade and healthy ice cream with just 3 ingredients.
- 3 cups frozen fruit (we used cherries)
- 2 scoops of your favorite Standard Process protein shake mix
- 1/4 cup full fat canned coconut milk
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend it until it turns to ice cream.
*Note: you will need a ninja or Vitamix type blender (we use a ninja blender) for this. As you begin to blend the ingredients will look frozen and dry. Periodically stop the blender and scrape down the sides. Over the next 2 minutes the ingredients will blend and turn to ice cream. Scoop and serve – it should be the consistency of soft serve – our favorite!
Serve and eat immediately! This does not freeze well – don’t worry, there won’t be enough to freeze anyway.
